IBM Tivoli

Provides agent based monitoring capabilities. Still widely used by customers. Replaced with IBM/Tivoli Monitoring [formerly Candle, not based on TMF] and IBM/Netcool OMNIBus family [also not framework product].

 

OPManager

ManageEngine OpManager is the flagship product of ManageEngine; it is a network monitoring and network management software for single and multi-site networks. Apart from availability and performance monitoring using SNMP, WMI and CLI, OpManager uses other network management technologies like Cisco NetFlow, IP SLA, NBAR, CBQoS, sFlow, IP FIX, TFTP, SCP, Telnet, SSH & more. OpManager's extended network fault management capabilities include processing of SNMP traps, event Logs and Sys logs.

 

WhatsUp

WhatsUpGold [WUG] is a network management and monitoring software produced by Ipswitch, Inc. WhatsUpGold recently acquired Dorian Software, a maker of security event and log management products for Windows environments.
