We are recruiting for an aggressive, hard-working sales representative with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is an exciting opportunity to join and help build a well funded and established Software company. The company has all the components necessary to own this large and expanding space.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and growing existing business within the market. This position is geared to individuals who are energetic, driven, results-oriented, and who excel in a fast paced environment. Seeking Sales Representatives to actively grow the lead development process including: prospecting, developing relationships, performing discovery, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing business.
Sales Representatives must also utilize aggressive "adaptive knowledge" skills to understand market dynamics in order to align solutions with client needs. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and transactional.
• 2-5 yrs of direct selling. IT applications experience preferred.
• Ability to identify appropriate business targets, secure appointments at various levels of the organization and manage strategic sales processes and move the prospect to close
• Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
• Relentless personality and strong drive for success
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
• Further qualify and manage a pipeline and continually generate new opportunities
• Articulate the solution to customer organizations at the Administrator, Director, VP, and C-Levels
• Build relationships that turn customers into loyal fans
• Architect a business case that meets customer requirements
• Conduct web-based sales presentations and meetings
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system
• Accurately forecast new business
• Work in a telecommuting setting, with ~10% travel
• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows
• Maintain consistent daily call volumes
• Meet and exceed quarterly quotas and monthly goals
